Access to the Social Venture Challenges (SVCs) application can be found in SVC email communication.

Resolution Project is a nonprofit organization based in New York City focused on fostering youth leadership development through social entrepreneurship around the globe. We collaborate with youth conferences, universities, and non-profits, and invite university students to propose impactful, socially-responsible ventures at our Social Venture Challenges (SVCs).

We award Resolution Fellowships to those young leaders with the most compelling personal leadership characteristics and promising social venture proposals presented at our SVCs. The Resolution Fellowship comes with seed funding, mentorship, access to resources and opportunities, and membership to a community of like-minded peers.

The SVC Process is as follows:

  • Action Plan (Application) Submission - Registered participants complete a multi-step, online application. Resolution reviews submissions and invites semifinalists to the Forum.
  • Day 1: SVC Forum - Semifinalists showcase their ventures in a science fair-like setting.
  • Day 2: SVC Finals - Finalists give formal venture presentations, followed by Q&A, judge deliberations determine SVC Winners to be awarded Resolution Fellowships.
  • Day 3: SVC Awards (optional) - Resolution announces the SVC Winner(s).
